処方薬>>市販薬

OTC薬品はほぼ大丈夫ですが(パッケージのまま持っていけばまず問題にはならない)、処方薬の場合は英文の処方箋が必要です。

医薬品の持ち込み

医薬品は必ず申告しなければなりません。処方箋の薬を持ち込む場合にも到着時に必ず入国審査カードに申告してください。条件が満たされれば持込は可能です。主な条件としては、薬の処方箋を持参すること、薬局から入手した時の入れ物から移し変えないこと、量が3ヶ月(避妊薬は6ヶ月)分を超えないこと、となります。

Importing Medicines
What is personal importation?

Personal importation occurs when an individual either:

Brings a medicine into New Zealand on their person (for instance passengers visiting New Zealand arriving at the airport),

If you are arriving into New Zealand and are carrying prescription medicines either on your person or in your luggage, you must ensure that:

・you declare the possession of those medicines on your incoming passenger arrival card, which is required by law and is inspected by the New Zealand Customs Service; and
・you have a copy of the prescription from your doctor (in English) or a letter from your doctor (in English) stating that you (or a person under your care travelling with you) are being treated with the medicine(s), and
・you carry the medicine(s) in their original containers, and
・the quantity does not exceed three months’ supply, for prescription medicines (with the exception of oral contraceptives which can be in a quantity sufficient for six months), or
・the quantity does not exceed one months’ supply, for controlled drugs. For additional info
