Disabled persons will get reduced admission charges (verification required); one helper is admitted free of charge if the necessity of an escort is registered in the verification. Ticket collection: The reserved tickets must be collected at the latest an hour before the confirmed admission time from the ‘reserved tickets’ counter in the Hohenschwangau Ticket-Center. 以下、交通手段の説明で、 Getting from the Ticket-Center to the castle 内部は、 Inside the castle Once at the castle, you will be met at the visitor exit (clearly marked) by castle personnel and taken to join the tour group. After the tour we will of course accompany you back to the exit. Neuschwanstein Castle has a lift which makes it possible for wheelchair users and persons with reduced mobility to take part in the tours of the castle (Please note: corresponding registration required). Dimensions of the lift: door width 0.85 m,, depth 1.30 m.. Please make sure your wheelchair is not too big for it. For fire and safety reasons we regret that only one wheelchair or walker user per hour can take part in a guided tour.
