この上のLAの概要説明にあるように　日本人のいう四季の気温差より　LAにも四季はありますが　LAでは１日の中での変化とか大きなLAの中の内陸部　海沿いの違いなどがLAでははるかにおおきいので、３月に泳ぎたいのなら　San Fernando Valley(下に例としてある　Canoga Parkなど）　San Gabriel Valley(パサデナ）　や　Fullerton (Orange County デズニーランドのすぐ北です）などの　内陸の盆地だったら午後から泳げる可能性高いと思います。　平均気温などはみても目安にはならないと思います。
