パスは無駄なような気がします。

日本人なら話すほうは苦手でも、読む力は必ずあるはず。

イタリアの窓口、特に大都市のそれは鬼門です。
時間が取られる上に、紙だけが頼りだと、向こうから
何か話しかけられたらどうします。例えば、上級席がないが
下級なら空いているとか、前の列車なら空きがある、
バラバラになっても良いか？・・・など。

パス所有者がオンラインで席だけ確保することができる
鉄道会社もあります（OEBBやFSなど）。
